-- Nasty --
I only got to ride one of these for a few miles and let me tell you it is one wicked, nasty machine! I always thought the 800R was a mean ATV, but the 1000 takes it to a whole new level. First of all DO NOT let an inexperienced rider drive one of these. The power comes on much quicker than a 450 Sportquad and it's a tad bit on the jumpy side. The suspension is top notch. The Fox shocks give it a Cadillac ride with Corvette handling. This suspension setup is far better than the base model 800's of years past and is a far better setup than the new Outlander 1000. And of course the power steering speaks for itself. If you want the baddest ATV in the world with the most power and the best suspension package ever put on a 4X4 ATV, then the 2012 C/A Renegade 1000 X XC is the one to get.
