-- Good for Kids- Safety is Awesome --
Our 2 sons age 9 & 12 yrs now, have been riding this for the past 6 yrs. Safety is great- with the automatic kill switch (on a hand held key fob) it was great for teaching the boys safety standards (ie- safe distance from people, trees, parked cars, buildings)~ also there's a tether kill switch for the rider. Reliable- with back up kick start, we can always start it on a cold day in Maine winter. Seems to need a half tank of fuel to start properly (pressurized). Performance- with the throttle limiter screw, we've been able to regulate the boys freedom of speed over the years. Now they're drifting in the loose gravel driveway and at wide open throttle they might touch high teens in speed. Comfort- the Dinli has minimal travel in the front shocks and the rear end is nothing, just a straight axle. We've regulated the comfort based on tire air pressure. You can't ride rough trails with any speed. Bottomline~ although my boys have been gentle on the machine....there's no doubt we made a great purchase decision!
