The 08 Sportsman 500 replaced a 2000 sportsman 500. The 500 is a very dependable quad, even if you neglect it, it just keeps on running! My o8 has the new Glacier plow, worked great last winter. The low range is great for plowing snow. The thumb mounted winch control is very easy to operate. Polaris true all wheel drive is the best 4x4 system out there. Pulled out my neighbor's Brute Force 750 when he was stuck in the snow! I have been over all types of trails, rocks, deep mud holes, the Sportsman gets you there and back every time. Runs 60mph too! Very smooth over the rough stuff, nothing beats Polaris durability.
Upgrades/Accessories
Front and rear tube bumpers. Rear work lite kit.
