First I will say that my ‘07 has 15 HP, unlike the ‘04. The bike is an excellent trail bike for beginners and intermediate riders. It is cold blooded, but if you use full choke it will start right up in 50 degree weather. It is incredibly smooth riding, with a lot of horsepower and acceleration. It is a bit heavy, but I can handle it easily - I am 14. It is 32.5 inches high, so a small kid should stick with a 50. Despite good power, it is difficult to do wheelies. But once you’re up you can ride them in 5th. It handles well in Florida's sugar sand if you know what to do. It goes about 65 with a lot of power in the higher gears, unlike 2-strokes and other bikes.
Upgrades/Accessories
If you just ride trails, it is fine the way it is. It is very stealthy with its current muffler.
