The staff at CN were great. I visited the store 3 weeks before I bought the bike and not one person tried to pressure me into anything. They were knowledgeable and very helpful with any question that I had. They even answered questions that I never thought to ask. After I purchased the bike, They went over it completely with me, then took me on a tour of the store from top to bottom. They even called me 5 days after and asked how I and the bike were and if I had any questions! I would definately recommend them to my friends. The bike herself is flawless.
