I have yet to have any problems with it. I have put on about 5500 miles on it through the years and this sled is a monster for a 500. I can keep up with 600s and 700s no problem. The guys riding the big 900s and 1000s always blow their belts, I never do. I get it topped out at about 100 miles per hour which is plenty for me. The handling and compfort is jaw dropping.
