2007 Kawasaki Jet Ski® STX®-15F Watercraft

Only ski I've ever owned, but have ridden a few others. So far, no mechanical troubles whatsoever. Takeoff is outrageous, WOT is in the 60's indicated. Lake use only and to us it handles very well. I and my 2 teenage sons love to hotdog and with the power it has, it's great. No compartment leakage even after submerging the front end, and plenty of storage for our needs. Main use is pulling...wakeboard, slalom ski, and pulltoys. No difficulty with any of them out of the hole, and it can hold its line well when I cut hard with my ski. My sons get pretty good air wakeboarding with a 60 foot rope. The seat is super comfortable and I've been on it for hours pulling kids and friends with no problem. I do wish it had a cupholder for these extended times. Very fuel efficient (we've only had to re-fuel when we've started early and stayed late) and it is quiet. It's been criticized for the reverse on the right side, but we like it as it allows you to keep left hand at the cutoff switch when docking. Yamaha has the rep for dependability but seems to me to be higher priced for an equivalent ski. Yamaha may be superior in certain areas, but friends who own them and have ridden mine do like the power and the manueverability of the 15F. That saved money buys a lot of gas and again, I have had no mechanical problems whatsoever and recommend this model highly.
