REFUNDS

General: All requests for refund must be made in writing and postmarked no later than 5 business days from the original customer order date or the start date of the classified ad.

Refund of the entire cost of a classified ad less a $2.00 administrative fee will be made if the request is received prior to the start date of the ad. Refund requests made after the start date of the ad will not be made, unless PowerSports Network is unable to provide the service. In any such event a full refund will be issued. Refund requests must be authorized by PSN and are subject to a $2.00 administrative fee. These amounts will be deducted from the original amount billed and the remaining balance will be credited to the original credit card.

Incorrect Ad: PSN is not responsible for the information contained in the classified ad. If you placed incorrect information in the ad, please E-mail PSN @ support@powersportsnetwork.com with the correct information. Please provide your name, address, vehicle information and order number in the e-mail. We will correct the ad at no cost to you.

SALES TAX

Sales tax is charged on instate orders if required by law.
